Let us know about the job, the budget, the skills required and the timezone requested. You can also specify up to 5 questions that the candidate must answer in a video interview before you meet them.

What is All Staff Solutions?

All Staff Solutions is a Remote Labour Hire organisation. 

We place remote workers with businesses and support them with their careers.

What makes All Staff Special?

Our Zero Cost approach removes the stress from recruitment. It costs no more to work with us than hiring independantly. We remove the barriers that prevent most agencies from outsourcing their recruitment.

F.A.Q.

Employees work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. This totals 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, and approximately 173.33 hours per month (based on 4.33 weeks per month).
Employees are entitled to sick leave with a valid doctor’s note as proof of illness. They may also use some of their 12 annual leave days for short-term sick leave.
In the event of such occurrences, employees are expected to make up for any missed hours at a later time.

Employees will use a time tracker that takes screenshots every 10 minutes. Their tasks will also be logged on Monday.com. While we are responsible for ensuring employees log in and work on time, the quality of their work and task management is the responsibility of both the client and the employee.

Employees are trained on the tools we provide, but you are welcome to offer additional training if necessary. Since they are exclusively your asset, you have full discretion in providing training and instructions.
If an employee does not meet expectations (e.g., lack of attention to detail, slow speed, or incorrect information), they can be replaced with another candidate of your choice.
If an employee leaves, we ensure they have the necessary tools, environment, and support to succeed. However, the responsibility for their departure lies with the employee. If you have specific retention strategies in mind, we are open to feedback on how we can make the workplace more enticing for them.

We guarantee that we will place an employee who will show up to work and provide the tools needed for success. Any guarantees beyond this (such as project delivery) would fall outside the scope of this service and would require a different arrangement.

Yes, we encourage and support the submission of tests to assess candidates’ accuracy and speed during the selection process.

– As an employer you will not pay any fees for our service. We negotiate our terms directly with the team members.
– If you wish to hire the candidate directly, you will have the option to pay 20% of the candidates agreed full time annual salary (40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year) up front.
– You, or your company, agree not to circumvent the recruitment process to directly hire any team members that have been introduced to you without paying the fees mentioned on the line above.
